I vide order No 1102167874 ordered 4 nos of attractive women's wallet and paid Rs 1080/- .Order is accepted by the co. and delivered the wallet on 19-07-21 . But i have received one quty short and i have oredered multicolour wallets but i have received single colour. Customercare exexcutive suggested for exchange accordingly i have returned 3 nos for exchange. I have received one qty in exchange instead of 3 nos. Customercare execitive has said they have refunded the amount on 21,23 and 25 th July 21 . But i have recd. only one amoutn ie Rs 270/-. Now still Rs 540/- is refundable . But Meshoo is neither refunding the amount nor replying to my email nor sending exchange to me.
