Non payment of ticket refund

Paytm Booking ID- 10263268810. Booked on: 03 Feb 2020 09:17 PM. Details-Vistara Flight from Pune to Delhi for Date-01/05/2020. Vistara airlines cancelled the said flight and gave the remark to Paytm for Full refund. I have raised the refund request to Paytm on 06/03/2021, Feedback received from them- amount will be refunded within 7 days. Now today its more than 90 days. Paytm is not ready to refund the payment by giving false feedback continuously. Also following with the Vistara airlines as per their update they have already given the remark to Paytm for full refund but Paytm is not taking action on this.
