I had booked an RT-PCR sample collection for test on 14 Jan 2022 thru Dr Laal PathLab. I had contacted 07270084700 for the same. After enquiring about the charges I was informed that RTPCR charge is 500 and sample collection 200 INR (charges in Gurgaon area being 500 INR including test and sample collection).
However, due to urgency I had to book an appointment with the charges informed by Laal Path Lab. I had asked whether the invoice will include this bifurcation so that i can reimburse this amount later and the contact person said that the invoice will be of INR 700. Now they have shared an invoice with amount as 500 only and denying saying that no one from Laal path lab will say invoice to be of INR 700.
It's not just about INR 200 but about the manipulation they are doing and not responding in proper way later.
