Complaint against google pay / tezz about my 12600

Hello sir I made. A transaction on 17,Oct 2019 to my friend on Google pay/ tezz, that transaction was cancelled , tezz say that amount will be credited to ur bank with in 3 days but today 7 days over tezz haven't do anything.

Pls give me may 12600 back with extra fine..Tezz happening again and again with many users. This is froud company.
