I've bought a TVS Jupiter millionr edition on 04/Aug/2016 from vandman tvs, Panipat, Haryana. He have sold us a defective vehicle, as problem started arising after one month of use like giving a very poor mileage of 25-28 kmpl, we have previously complainted about vehicle in company and they said vandman tvs to solve our problem, but now a very annoying sound has started occuring from the engine. I want my vehicle to be replaced or if want refund.
