Unable to use the gift card provided

This is regarding a Gift card i had purchased worth 2000, on 26th of Sep 2019. The person to whom it was gifted tried to use it after few days but it gave error saying "please enter the correct pin". The pin was correct. I had contacted the customer care team regarding the same but did not get any resolution for this issue. Its been more than 2 months now but the issue still remains unresolved. And they are not refunding my money
