Amount debited but policy not issued

I had renewed the bike insurance policy online on 26th September, but didn't receive the policy. The amount is debited from my account and I've not received even any reference number or anything from Bajaj Allianz. I just got the mesage from HDFC Bank about the amount debited.

Even after 15 days of continuous follow up I've not received any response from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance.

I've shared the necessary details to Bajaj Allianz Team ( transaction details, bank statement, website screenshot, existing policy details etc) over email and calls, but there's no response from their end on the same.
