Snapdeal do not return my barcode printer nor my cash about 11,500 rs from last six months

i was purchase TSC TTP 244 Pro barcode printer at 15 nov 2016 which was a faulty printer so i raised a complaint and returned them with first flight courier.they received it and reply at the date 6 dec 2016 that "return request is declined item will be sent back to you"
From that date i am waiting for my barcode printer or refund in cash.
i am sending them many e mails for my retun but they dont reply any mail niether they have a call center to talk
please help me
