I purchased a set of two chairs from www. inkgrid.com run by Bquobe Infosystem Pvt Ltd on 04.05.2017, order ID 278974. I made the payment immediately online by NET banking. But even 20 days after the purchase, there is no confirmation of shipment of the items. There is no response on their helpline 9999132132.I made several calls on the no. But nobody picks up the phone. There is no response to SMS also. There are a flood of similar complaints against the company on various online consumer complain sites.
