i have new lunch Redmi4A Mobile Purchase he delivery for sunday and i have open for new mobile and start and then mobile screen is off and then i have power button push the screen is lock so i have unlock the screen but touch screen is not working i have tired i have call for customer care and he ask call after 1hrs but is not call for me
