Had come to know about hello maid services, mumbai through their online advertisement.
They provide maids against a one time service charge. After speaking to their representatives on phone and exchanging some emails, payment of Rs 6500/- was transferred to their account in March 2017. Despite many reminders, no maid was sent. After one month, we asked for a refund. In May they sent a email agreeing for refund. After that we have not been getting any response from them.
