Received Duplicate Power Bank and Memory Card

I have ordred a "Samsung Power Bank 25000 mAh LED Light With 64GB Memory Card". (Order No: 117297000302842)
Both items are fake. When i tried to return them back. I find fake contact numbers. I requested to return the items, but there is no response.
Please, help us.
