MYNTRA Order not delivered and money not refunded

I had ordered a trolley bag from MYNTRA on December 19 (Order No: 1034002-9892195-2813801). It was a prepaid order worth 4880 Rs. They have not provided me any tracking details regarding the order. I haven’t received any updates regarding the order and suddenly one day I got a mail that the order has been delivered. As I have not received any call or SMS, I was shocked. I called their customer care service immediately. They asked me to check with security. I asked all security staff and they told no one from MYNTRA delivered anything there. When I asked again they provided me a fake proof of delivery of a previous order (ordered from Amazon.com) dated 10 days back. They have not delivered the order and are denying my refund requests.
