Dear Mam/Sir,
I would like to register my complaint against Hero registered franchise LAXMI AUTO sales ,Add. tundla road NH2, agra.
Sir, During my first free service of my scooter HERO MAESTRO edge that i buyed on down payment i registered my complaint to service manager that i feel some problem in my scooter lock but at evening when i picked my scooter after servicing i got my lock broken. i again make complain about it N then manager asure me that next day they will fix the problem. but next day problem coudnt be solved. they said me that you have to buy new lock N you are responsible to pay the bill of Rs. 1380 because its your scooter and you broken your lock yoursekf. I made complaint to all superior of LAXMI AUTo staff but they didnt accept his mistake .N humiliate me with words if you dont want then go and you have no need to come again for next service but i will not fix your lock problem.
Sir, i know that they broken my scooter lock N they also know this.Their wokers are accepted mistake but becuase of loosing job they are not ready to help me. In job sheet ,they clearly mentioned that handle problem in lock but even this they blame me just becuase they are staff N i m just normal consumer.


Sir, I would like to request you pls take some action against them N try to fix my problem too.
