Myself Naresh Sharma.I ordered Motorola Moto C 4G Stary Black 16 GB phone on gadgets360 on 3.04.18. My order ID is 0184648D61A045C4EA.
My father recieve the Order on 11.04.18. today and sign. When I came to my home I check phone. THIS PHONE IS LAMINATED AND SOME SCRATCHES ON TOP OF PHONE. THIS PHONE IS SECOND HAND.
I FEEL CHEATED NOW.
When I talk to customer support of gadgets 360. He tell me to reach Service center. I dont know why I reach service centre.

The Motorola Service Centre representative says the gadgets360 is not our authorized seller. so they are not able to give any jobsheet or help to me.
When I told this to customer representative, he told me to request in front of Motorola Service centre Jalandhar. gadgets360 refuse to call that phone no. of Motorola service centre jalandhar.
I feel cheated now.

So please register my case against them and give my money back from Gadgets360.
