Repeated delay of taking product back and refunding

On 28 June 2020, I ordered Electric mosquitto killer (Order No. 67910841) from Naptol and received the product in time at the cost of Rs 500/- Since the product was poor quality, I immediately demanded returning the product and refunding. But naptol denied refunding and told me to choose another product.

As there is no other option, I agreed and ordered(OrderNo.69587188) Royal Chef Chopper with 6 in 1 Slicer on 18 August 2020 which costs Rs 600/- (paying Rs 100/- additionally). And I received it on 25 Augest 2020. But the product I received was damaged and used one. So, on the same day I contacted the company and explained the condition of product. Again they denied refunding but agreed to take back the product and told me to select another product.

As per their advise I packed the product (Order No. 69587188 dated 18.08.2020) and waited for their collection executive. But no body came to collect it. I again contacted them and they told me to wait for up to 48 hours. But my waiting was again futail. Again I contacted them, But no positive action from their side, further in next communications they were not friendly and was arrogant. They dropped phone call with out giving correct explanation.

I feel it as mental torchering and wasting my time and money by engaging a dealing with them.

So I humbly request to take a positive action infavour of me.
