I have ordered a pair of men's black sandals online on 12th october and paid amount online from federal bank account. Message received at once stating that the product will be delivered before 28th Oct. But there after no intimation and so far not received the items. As I have deleted the msg I could not copy it and send it now. Pls verify and help me get the product or the cash refunded.
