Through Flipkart website Wed, 1st Jul '20 - 10.03 PM, I have ordered Godrej 190 L Direct Cool Single Door 3 Star (2020) Refrigerator with Intelligent Inverter Compressor Blue Rs.11783 . Fri, 3rd Jul '20 - 3:58pm order delivered at my address. When I have opened then refrigerator two sides external dent damaged immediately i have raised request for return.after raising return flipkart app show that 8th July technician will visit for check but no one visited. I have contacted flipkart customer care then he has rescheduled technician visit for 13th July but same thing happened no one visited. Then i have raised request for cancel order and refund then flipkart team again i have given time 17th July 2.30 PM for solution but no one contacted me again i have received mail that flipkart team will provide me solution 18th July 2.30 PM .it's completely worst behavior from flipkart. Flipkart deliver order with in 2 days but for refund and cancel order his customer care team not aware. Which basis flipkart has taken my money. Kindly refund my paid amount urgently. I am facing this issue since 3rd July.
