I have order Godrej 190 L Direct Cool Single Door 3 Star (2020) Refrigerator with Intelligent Inverter Compressor Blue Wed, 1st Jul '20 - 10:03pm from flipkart website with advanced paid amount Rs. 11783/- . My order delivered Fri,3rd Jul '20 - 3:58pm . When i have opened then I have seen it's two side external dent and damaged refrigerator .immediately 3rd July i have raised request for return then in flipkart app showed that technician will visit till 8th July ( App Screenshot uploaded) but no one visited even no one contacted me .when i have contacted to flipkart customercare then customercare person again reschedule my technician visit for till 13th July but again same thing happened no one visited and no one contacted me .Again i have contacted to flipkart customer care and 3rd time he has given me time 17th July,2.30PM for solution .while Now i am asking for refund only because flipkart customer care people not aware when my amount will be refund . Flipkart deliver dent damaged refrigerator in two days but for refund flipkart don't have any clarity.Now again flipkart give me new time 18th July ,2.30 PM . When it's external dent damaged product clearly shows in pic which i have sent to flipkart so many times. It's complete illegal.flipkart can't take my Advanced paid money against his 2 sides dent damaged refrigerator. Immediately refund my money.
