i had ordered redmi note 4 on 26 april 2017 which got delivered today i.e 1st may around 3 pm. on opening the packet, the phone was missing and instead, a vim bar soap and a bike spare part(ballast for motorcycle) made of plastic was found. as a precaution, i have taken images while opening the box which i am sending to you. the details are as follows: order number- 5170426275275666 imei 1: 864850039635449 imei 2: 864850039635456 sn: 15657/80089286
