Purchased Kent RO from Flipkart but delivered local company damaged purifier

I purchased Kent RO purifier (approx 13000 rupees) from Flipkart, but I received aqua fresh purifier. As it looks same as Kent we can't understand any difference, as Kent engineer came to install they found it is some local company purifier.
Now Flipkart not ready to replace as it was open box delivery. We have video at the time of talking delivery as a proof.
