Wrong and defective Cloths deleivered

Hi,

I have ordered cloths from shoppingbazaar.com
Website and payment mode was cash on delivery. I did not got any updates by sms and after few days it was delivered at my home by courier. But quality of product is very bad and I request courier boy to take it back at same time but he denied and took the money 999 inr. Now I am unable to found their contact details. Please help me to get refund.
