I had ordered online from Tata Cliq with order id 122331944, from which my 4 products were missing. I complained to customer care and wrote several mails. But all were like will update in you in 2 or 3 days. But no solution was provided to me. Neither they are refunding my money nor they are delivering the missing products. It was prepaid order worth more than 4000 rs.
I had written several mails and called them many times.
