Non refund / replacement against a wrong item delivered

I have placed an order for a kurti set from limeroad and the product was a wrong product which was delivered to me immediately i placed a return stating it is a wrong product i also choose that option .
Upon confirmation they accepted my return request and after two days their delivery agent came to pickup the product and he even checked the item and is it approved by them to pick up or not ..after checking he picked my product .Now my refund / replacement was kept on hold saying pending quality check . Initially after pick up i used to get calls from them saying definitely before 5 th August i will get a positive resolution ..
After so many days they are now saying they will not be able to refund / replace my item as it is a wrong product ..
Now i have all the transaction details like the payment made to them Rs.3902 and the picked up product which has reached their warehouse ..
Now they have kept the product which i have received and they are not even ready to refund or replace me ..
Moreover their customer service doesn't accept inbound calls but for sales they will call more then 2 3 days in a day ie everyday ..
Now as a consumer do i deserve this type of behavior from them ..I have registered lots of cases in paid and unpaid forum against them so that more people shouldn't be fooled by them this is the after sales service provided by limeroad .
I have all the proofs to get my refund back .
Moreover i have also started a social campaign against limeroad and their non refund policies..

After few days days it will be viral you guys just wait and watch .
Find the attach proof of the product delivered and returned back ..
