I VISHAL SINGHAL ORDER FOR A COMBO PACK OF HAIR DRYER AND A SAMSUNG MOBILE M20 (4GB +64GB) FOR WHICH I PAID AMOUNT IN ADVANCE ON 04-10-2019. ON 7 -10-2019 I GOT A PACKET OF HAIR DRYER COMBO (CLIP + DRYER). I WAS WAITING FOR THE MOBILE PACKET. WHEN I ENQUIRE ABOUT IT THEY IT WAS THE SAME PACKET IN WHICH HAIR DRYER WAS SENT. I MADE A VIDEO ALSO OF THE SAME PACKET BUT DID NOT SEE ANY MOBILE INSIDE. I LATER WRITE TOO MANY MAILS AND REQUEST TO PROVIDE THE NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE DELIVERYBUT TILL DATE NO SUPPORT AND EVIDENCE GIVEN. I NOW HAVE COME TO YOUR FORUM TO HELP ME AND HELP ME TO GET THE MOBILE AND COMPENSATION OF THE LOSS OF MY FACILITIES AND PEACE OF MIND.
MY ORDER NUMBER WAS # 405-9140848-3289949. I SENT THE VIDEO ALSO BUT THEY TURN A DEAF EAR ON IT.
