I HAVE ORDERED A WASHING MACHINE (SAMSUNG, 6.2 KG) THROUGH FLIPKART AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 01/06/2020. BUT INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT NOT DONE YET, THOUGH IT WASASSURED DURING PURCHASE.

WHAT IS MORE SHOCKING IS THAT ON 03.06.2020, I GOT A MESSAGE FALSELY CLAIMIMG THAT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS IS ALREADY DONE, BUT THE TRUE FACT IS THAT NO ONE CAME FOR INSTALLATION PROCESS AND THE PRODUCT IS STILL NOT UNBOXED EVEN.

I THINK THISIS A GROSS MALPRACTICE FROM THE FLIPKART/ SAMSUNG, I AM REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER
