Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: October 10, 2020
I ordered some food items on 05October on JioMart which shows delivery date 08October 2020 at the time of order but till date I won't received my order and on the APP it add 1 day in Deleivery date.Even there is no change in the status of the order since I made the order.
Several times I tried to call on customer support, the behaviour of representative is rude and they are saying one line only (We are unable to do anything)

It is humble request to the honorable team Kindly punish JioMart and charge penalty against them.Also provide compensation to me for this incovienance
