My online shipping Order # 100002115 dated 10/09/2017 thru their website hypermarketkart.com for 2651 rupees is not yet delivered. As per their mail order confirmation dated 10/09/2017, it will be delivered by 16/09/2017. However, till date it is has not being delivered. Their contact number 011-32032092 & 9811508981 as mentioned in their mail is not working and all are with-off. I had sent mail to support@hypermarketkart.com, but not responded.
Times of India had an full 1st page Ad promoting on 10/09/17 and 3rd page Ad promoting HypermarketKart and its 50 % discount offer. i ordered the product worth Rs 5302/- and paid the amount 2651/- via credit card. Then on their website it flashes that your order will be deilverd by 16th Sep. 2017, I waited till 17th Sep but no one turned up. Then I revisited their website thru app & their it was now flshed that for refund you need to send mail to "merchant@payu.in" .I did the same but there also till date no refund has been received.
Please take proper action against them and arrange to refund of Rs 2651/- to my account.
