DEALZKART.COM - DUPLICATE POWER BANK AND EARPHONE,NOT WORKING CHARGER

Refer to my online order no 320306816181805.

I received r Combo of MI 20000 mah Powerbank Data Cable Charger and Earphon.

But i have not received item as per show in in dealzkart. The following defect in itms. It is duplicate.

1. Data cable USB port is look ugly and stick with local soldering.

2. Earphone is not with steel end butt as show in image.

3. Earphone is not in proper glass pack.

4. Earphone is poor quality.

5. Most important, power bank has not comply seal covered with box .

6. Not proper MI symbol in dark black.

7. Adapter is not working and looking yellowish like used.

I also not received the proper invoice for this power bank for further guarantee and company support

i also email this complain to customer care, but no response received from company. i waste my hard earning money.
