NOT DELIVERING THE PACKAGE

I ordered a jio-fi on vlebazaar on 05/08/2020 with order id 274295. On processing the package got delivered,but it was a defected piece,for which i initiated return of the package,they took the package back on 26/08/2020 but till date neither they have replaced the package nor they are returning the money. Please see to this matter i am devestated then only i took this decision to cimplaint against them.
