2. Lift Steel Scissor Jack for SUV Qty: 1

both of the above products has misleading images on the website. Taparia, there is no size mention about the wrench. When I received the product I was very much disappointed and asked for a refund on the same day.

2. Car Jack, the product in the picture on the website has black color and looks new while the product which i received is orange and rusty looks like I've received the product from some chor bazaar vendor.

When I asked for the refund they are nor responding properly over email just their automated response.

I've gone through your policy many times.
