Irresponsible response from myntra, bought 3 pair of shocks, found only two pair

I have bought 3 pair of shocks. but when i open the packet I found only two pair. I asked Myntra to replace/refund the product but they are not agree on this. They want me to accept the open package product and replacing the amount of 105. Why i should accept the Open product.
