In Maxbhi i had paid amount of Rs.1569 on order ID 4645856.But maxbhi says to pay again ,so kindly r

In Maxbhi official account I had order a LCD touch screen of Rs.1569 with successful notification on june 9th by 5:33pm.Hence, while I received a new message that you haven't completed your order ID4645856 ask why Maxbhi says to remain unpaid .But my amount deducted with successful notification at earlier.Finally Maxbhi says to pay again.But amount was debited with Rs.1569.so kindly repay my amount through refundable policy.please make it fast.
