I've returned the product but they have not updated it and not giving refund

It is regarding the order return. I've returned it but they are showing they didn't pick up. I've register the complaint the very next day i get to know but they didnot check at the warehouse at the time and its going to be 2 months but no action has been taken. I want the refund of my money. I also asked the delivery boy who has picked up but he says, he has returned correctly and no complaint has come to the warehouse about this. So basically the amazon has not taken the action when required . If they would have checked at that time they would have got the order in warehouse.
