Service centre is not taking any action however my tv is still in warranty

Hello

I have purchased a realme television 43 inches past 6 months ago but it was working now I have registered a compalin in customer care. They send their technician after that he has checked and found there is panel issue and he asked within 7 working days whether he will change the panel or provide a new tv to me but one months has been passed nothing has been provided by them.

After calling them now they are not responding. Please help me
