Fraud done by Amazon, payment made wrong item delivered.

I had ordered via Amazon a text book authored by SK Kapoor on International Law and Human Rights but was delivered wrong book on the same subject authored by HO Agarwal. I asked for instant refund as I was cheated so that I can use that money to buy the book which I needed. But they are refunding instantly and wasting my precious time.
