Flipkart rejects my return/replacement again and again

Hi Sir,

I've Ordered a Bluetooth headphone of Realme which is of INR 2099, but the product which os delivered is totally different, I have raised a complaint as soon as I found out that I recieved a different product, I called Flipkart and the delivery Guy too. Now they rejected my return requests twice after making me wait for 7 days now saying that return reques was rejected as the package was intact. I never complained about a damage packing of damaged product, My concern was that the product I received is different.

Please do Something.
