Failed to deliver products and not refunding no response

Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed order for a few products including essentials in May. They have not kept their promise to deliver on time. All I see date of delivery keep changing on the order status. They do not respond at all. Asked for refund if they cannot deliver it on time. No response. Please help a lot of people like me are suffering. The essential includes a mask. I don’t want the mask after covid ends. Apart from mask ordered other items too. I want my money back. Please take action against them. They are biggest Frauds.
