I have purchased Fastrack watch from Snapdeal on 24th Feb 2018. After some days it stopped working. I complained to Snapdeal but they refused to take the return of their watch since the time period of purchase has exceeded 7 days. Then I went to Fastrack Showroom and submitted my watch to get a declaration whether the watch was genuine or not. Fastrack has issued me a letter stating that no part of the watch delivered to me by Snapdeal is original in any sense. So, now i want an original Fastrack brand watch from Snapdeal & compensation for the way they keep on misguiding me for around 20-25 days. They asked me for an authorised letter and once i get it for them, they denied for a return of my watch.
