Dear team,
I ordered two item from Ajio. Application on 30th September with order id FL0310918273. Both products received on 6th of October. But product status show delivery delay. Product quality is very bad so I want to return the product. Because of delivery delay I could not able to return. I complained many time to ajio customer care but product was same. Finely I complained through customer care. They registered complained on 16th October with complaint I’d- COM00026095807. Maximum date to resolve the problem is 23th October. They took 7 day to solve the small problem. But after 7 days problem is still same. Product delivery status show delivery delay. I called almost 20 times but problem is still same. They totally harass me. Kindly took my complaint Against ajio and try to slove my problem.
