Delivered wrong product and not refunding me

I ordered mobile cover on 8 april and they delivered me on 17 april...they delivered me samsung galaxy j2pro (2016) cover....but i ordered samsung galaxy j2 pro (2018) cover for 169 including shipping.They posted 4 days return policy but 9 days passed still they donot hearing me. i email to them each day
