had bought bicycle in may 2015, the said bicycle as explained was of alloy metal, however after 3 months the handle bar got rusted i approached the company to change the defective part, had to follow up for more than 3 months only to receive half items for replacement, re informed on the missing item however it has not been attended to, made reminder calls , sent email no reply.
