Complaint against Snapdeal that my money deducted but not refunded

I have done a transaction of Rs 363 with Snapdeal but my order didn't get confirmed. I requested snapdeal to which they replied that amount would be credited within 72 hrs. But 1 week passed and I contacted Snapdeal again to which they asked me to produce my bank statement. After that they replied that the amount has been deducted in gateway,so I need to contact bank. After contacting bank, bank replied that the transaction has been successful with the merchant, so I need to contact the merchant. But the merchant snapdeal is behaving very poorly with me. After description of the problem stated by SBI, they repeatedly give me same message to contact Bank. Please help. The transaction slip, SBI reply copy and the snapdeal conversation with me —all are enclosed herewith for your reference. Please take some strict measures against Snapdeal team.
