I placed an order to Lady Boss Couture on 14.10.2020 by making a payment to their bank but after a couple of days the lady who handles the account, Gunjan Singh started to ignore and avoid my concerns regarding delivery and update of my order. The order was for the occasion of Karwachauth but after repeated requests, she started giving excuses but also promised that she'd update me on my order status. But none of her words her fulfilled and after 17 days of making the complete payment she finally started ignoring and avoiding my calls and messages.
