Complaint about Bike Dealer is not replying my bikes better that is under warranty

I have purchased a bike hero splendor ishmart in last year November. From Disha Hero agency Majholi (jabalpur) mp.
With the bike they provide me a damaged battery.
And now As I told him to replace the battery but they are making excuses to replace it.
I am very sad please help me sir.
