SIR, I have been purchase HERO BIKE, MODEL-XPRO, MH16-BJ-9020 in 23rd November,2014.from Hero dealer in Ahmednagar, Ilakshi show room.
within Six month we face problem that Engine make sound. showroom inform to replace timing chain & its related other accessories on chargeable basis. after changing timing chain within 15days Bikes inside some type of coil fail that is replaced by taking charge later on refund 60% amount.
Now the services dues. bike showing same problem so we register complaint in Hero customer care -10475-.316-114, 4th March 2016, SERVICE DEPT. call & request for visit showroom. than timing chain replaced on chargeable basis & coil given total replacement free of cost.
We choosen Hero bike due to its name for low maintainance. we have other option of Bajaj/TVS for best avrage/low cost.
We have to paid in futur Rs.1500/- every 2/3rd service. That is not affordable to us.
I have been discuss with other owner of same model bikes, & i am shock they also facing same problem.

Now i confirm that this model Engg./design defect.
