company is not responding for return and refunds for their cheap product

I ordered a SMARTWATCH WITH BLUETOOTH earbuds free with it but only received a cheap watch without any charger in a damaged box I tried to contact the customer service via email but their email is also not working also tried to contact via phone call but their system auto rejects the call.
I am trying to login in to the site but after the purchase, I am not able to even log in to the site.
also wrote on their complaint box but no reply came back . my order number is Bc1222167073 I received it on 9/3/2020 pls help me get my refund.
