Ac refund regarding

My name is Om Singh Bhadoria. My Amazon mobile register number is 7000899211 and my email id is ombhadoria@hotmail.com. I bought Amazon Basic AC from Amazon's website which was ordered on December 7 and I received it on December 11. I applied for installastion from amazon's website on May 24 but no response was received from Amazon for 7 days and no engineer was contacted for the instalion after that I called the local engineer and installed my AC but The outdoor unit compressor in AC was not gas and the fan was shutting down by heat. The next day I made a warranty claim and a warranty claim engineer came in from Amazon. He put gas in the AC outdoor and then started it but still the fan did not run and the heat was going off and the AC engineer said the outdoor unit is damaged and Since then I have not had any reply since then. I contacted amazon to give me my refund or replacement as it is a new ac. I have not been contacted at all after that, I have not been contacted by Amazon so that is why I have complained to the consumer court its docket number is 2042481. I need a refund or replacement of my AC. I will not do new ac repairing because the installation was not done.
