Another BIG BIG FRAUD from ICICI Bank

Unethical company I have ever seen in my life

I have faced an issue of an wrong amount charged on my Credit Card by doing some International Transaction on July 13 2021 for INR 19118 for which I didnt even received any SMS on my registered mobile No

I only came to know when I bought and used my card today from one of Local Merchant and surprise to see lower Credit Limit a I received any instant message today when I used my card When I opened my Imobile app I saw one transaction made on July 13, 2021 for INR 19118.42

The day when I received the Credit Card I blocked it for all international transactions and same was blocked even when I last saw on July 01 2021 when made the payment of INR 1699

Upon looking today it was showing active all for international transactions HOW come it can be active. This card was not even used and taken it out any where now even used by anyone Not even registered on any website or not even used on any international website so far....

For now I have blocked the card and registered a complaint to ICICI Bank customer service and raised a dispute transaction as FRAUD and complaint 762758752

Please help me out to resolve this issue
