No Refund of cancelled order and short delivery order (ORDERME App)

Dear Sir/madam

This is regarding order from ORDERME App.

It has been 1.5 months since I've cancelled the order number 489825 but I haven't received the refund into my payment source ( Swadeshi Samridhi card)

Also order number 552307 and 890681 was short delivered, the refund of which also hasn't been received.

I have sent email to customercare@orderme.co.in twice already last month but didn't get any response/resolution. 1st email was on 11th May and next one on 2nd June but of no use.

I've tweeted to Patanjali also but I got their standard copy paste message.

I advise everyone not to use their pathetic services. Almost ₹2700 have been robbed by them. They have to pay back everything with 18% of interest. Looks like I've challenge them to consumer court.
